Artificial Intelligence (AI), or even more narrowly machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP), caught much public imagination in the last decade. This session brings together a multifaceted exploration what AI means for user experience (UX): what challenges do we face in creating useful, useable, trustful and desirable user experiences that incorporate AI techniques? We address AI and UX intersection from different angles: creating UX for AI solutions, incorporating currently available AI capabilities into UX designs, using AI as a part of UX development. This session reviews several case studies and practical recommendations for modern UX projects.
